you cut your mdf the size of the hole or a little bigger cut your hole for your 6.5 mount your mdf to your metal and bam you got it

i would NOT recommend pioneer 6x9s. I as well as other members of the forum will tell you, the pioneers are nothing but annoying aluminim dome tweeters. The bass response is lacking to say the least. MY friend has some in his car running off of HU power and all you hear are the high end of vocals and other tweeter sounds.

the pioneer rev is an awesome coaxial. bottom line.
