6-700 RMS Amp for solo?

I have decided to hang onto my round kicker solobaric 15. I am running just 1 of these in my car. I would like to find a amp that can run 6-750 rms into 4 ohm load..

i am more of a oldschool kind of person, but anything not mass marketed is fine. like to be under 200...prefer around 150

i am a soundstream guy..so my first thoughts were a reference 700 or a rubican 702...

any other thoughts to consider?
