6.5's, rears & 2ch or 4ch help please!!

Ok I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am having a heck of a time deciding on what components and rear coaxs to go with and also what amp to power them with and should it be a 2ch or 4ch. I was wanting to try and keep it all one brand but it doesnt have to be that way. I was really wanting to stay with a Kicker amp because that is the choice for my sub amp, I have owned the Ks series components and they didnt really impress me and I heard almost all there door speakers are junk. I dont make alot of money so I have to stay on a budget too. I can spend prob $125-150 on comps and $100 for 6.5 rears and prob $125 on an amp. I still would like to deaden my doors also. Also, you really dont need rear speakers. Some people like them, some people don't. I suggest getting the Rsd's, get a cheaper 2 channel amp that does 150x2 @ 4 ohms and go from there.
