6.5 Components better than Alpine Type-S and not too spendy

My car came with the Alpines and they're not terrible, but I do want something better. My previous speakers were Diamond Audio that I absolutely loved. Sadly, they got lost between moves/damaged or what have you. Otherwise, they'd be in there already. If memory serves me, they were D661s.

The previous owner paid retail, give or take, so 130-150. I'm looking to spend about the same, but know with digging and I can find much better.

I've had good luck with ebay, so I'm not opposed to links there.

The amp is a Phoenix Gold ZX250, so 75(conservative) rms to play with.
