6 3/4" in a Stang

Since winter is rolling around Im putting off engine work until xmas.

I have a pair of Infinity Kappa 652.1 6 3/4"

But I would need something like this to adapt it correct?

Or will the 6 3/4" speakers be too big for the adaptor? And will these adaptors even actually work? I read once that they wont.

The book says you will need a cutout diameter of 5 and 9/16" for your infinty's. So it should work. But the adapter says it will fit most 6 and 1/2" speakers. So who knows? I would call the good guys at Crutchfield, Don't ever buy form them, because you CAN always beat their price, but they some good FREE help the number is 1-800-955-3000 Hope this helps ya dude!
