Fiiiiiinallllly got back into the van in the last few weeks.
So i needed a little bracing in the wall, along with the 45's.
Of course floor jacks only push up, and will not have any force pulling down. So I welded a washer to the threaded end. The plate still spins, but now i can lower the jack once the plate is screwed in. This will keep it alll tight
