btw... got all my fiberglassing done in my box.. gonna sand it down today hopefully make it smooooooth... ahaha. my subs came in yesterday, amp comes in today... all i gotta do now is cut out the sub holes in the baffle and put some braceing in and wire it all up... only thing im not happy with is the box came to be about 1/2 " over my window line >:/ oh well..... if they dont catch it ill run SS NW , if they do ill just run SS 3-4. haha.... probably switch to 4 15" m3's down the line so ill just build a bigger, better, and shorter box.... thatll put up some #'s

^^^ yea.. your most likely right... which doesnt really matter... no one around here is putting up anything impressive in SS 3-4 really... so for the time being ill be alright... just should have done a little better measureing so i wouldnt have an issue... like i said though. next box will be shorter and ill use all the extra space i have to let it have the space still... should be able to get 3.5 cu ft per sub with 4 15's.... 4 15" d2 m3's off a hifonics bxi 2608 should be able to slam.. im thinking when i get the money to do that itll be a keeper. some where between 148-151 on music. burp 152-154... itll be tough. but doable

yea.. im talking locals.. i havent traveled that far at all to get to some bigger shows... annnnnd i have only been to 1x events. no 2x or 3x so that might be another reason... the only guy im trying to worry about at the moment is Rob Heeter... SS NW doin almost 153's from what i hear.... he goes to most the local shows and takes first in that class 98% of the time soooo ill just try to beat that. then ill worry about others.

Yes Rob is a friend of mine.He is always at shows and is very competetive.You'll just have to get out and see.Sometimes you'll get lucky and be the loudest and sometimes you'll be 10db down from the loudest its all just part of coming out meeting new people and having fun.With a little shit talkin everynow and again

hahaha. thats very true... alst show i went to in fairfield ... not sure what to expect but i ran SS 1-2 with my 18" mt's and autotek mm4000... did a 149.3 at 35 hertz. but guy in the next lane did a 159 somthin hhahaha. maxxonics van. kinda crappy looking but definitly put up a great score.. made me look like a b****

Your probably referring to Ron G.He switched from ss 3-4 to ss 1-2 and is doing 160's at the moment.Nice guy too.
