so do you just leave the open space on the sides and top of the wall open?

No this is far from done. I still have alot to do. It will all be completely sealed when all is said and done. As it sits, so much pressure is escaping to the trunk that it looks like and sounds like I have a couple 12"s in it:crazy:

Yeah I have had many 1 sub setups, I just wanted to do a wall. Should be a crowd pleaser, deff louder than the Atomic.

I have to do a bunch of fiberglassing and run two long metal threads through the box as it is flexing entirely to much

Got 6 square feet of this, so I am going to get this going today. Gotta get this thing to stop flexing so much.

Got the glassing done today, it took pretty well. Dried good and did not remain sticky I am picking up the bolts tomorrow, I have to find them first though. I have a little sanding to do, then spray paint the port, and hopefully get the subs back in. If this does not do the trick, I don't know what I will do. I did not think 6 of these would be so destructive:crazy: I will get pics up of course

Picked up the bolts today, 5/8" thick by 33"s long All the flexing should go away after all of this. Pics later......

Pics of bolts, you get the idea of their size by the comparison. They probably weigh 5 to 10lbs each.

Pretty much just went over any corners that I thought would be problematic. Depending on the area, it consists of 3 to 4 layers. I still have to clean them up of course, a little bit of sanding and they will be good to go
