Whats up guys, have been scarce on here recently mainly because we have been doing several large overnight builds ( not completed over night, just working all night on them)

This is James Mcanally's Ford F150 and here is 8 days of work put into it so far, he's been driving here from Oklahoma about once every 2 weeks.

The Goal, total musical setup, from lows to 50hz+ able to hit kick drums on metal and hit the lows of slowed music. And thats what it does

6 RF P3 12"s , tuned to 36 hz, enclosure dialed it to driver specifics to be fully musical and not hold back good SPL

2 RF 1500.1's

1) Northstar AGM34 as a rear bank

GP OFHC wiring

GP STFU 250 mil on roof and doors, STFU V1 already applied on back wall over a year ago.

I failed to note, the wall will be permanently mounted trimmed out flawlessly, and no screws seen, this is still under construction as he lives in another state and is staying here 2 days at a time every few weeks so this gets completed. we still have to remove the front wall to finish the flush mounted side walls ect. by the time its all said and done you wont see any blemishes/ screws ect. we are just always on a time crunch and there is so much more work to be done,

Consider what you see now only 50% complete, we haven't finished the electrical yet also.

So remember, its still a build log and not finished

We took measurements of how large the shell of the enclosure could be and James had to go back to oklahoma so another team mate and I got everything ready for the test fit

A thick coat of "coLD" mixed resin and continued to move it around as it soaked into the MDF, cold mixed will give you 30 minutes of play time VS 5 to 10, this allowed the MDF to get good and soaked with slowly curing resin

Lost the router jig, and everywhere was out of stock so cut the holes by hand then later smoothed out the cutouts with a sande. being on such a time crunch had to make that compromise.

Now to seal it off, we took large cardboard sheets and made an exact template of the outer area of the vehicle around the wall

Sealed off fully with some real nice weather stripping, used a staple gun about every 4 inches or so to help hold in place with the glue

The full setup is 2) RF 1500's powered by one Northstar AGM34 as the rear battery bank. I do believe the RF 10 farad cap is bottlenecking full potential where the setup stands now, but nonetheless, not being 100% finished its doing well

here was a quick metering, as we get things dialed in we will be closer to the 155 mark, Not bad for RF

This is the SPL LAB on android which is reading 1db lower than the Termlab magnum based off of multiple team member meterings on the SPL lab vs the magnum. So on the magnum this will be at a 153+ where it stands now.

What is it tuned to? Is that the peak 48hz? Burp box?
Edit I went back and read it's tuned to 36hz.
fully musical build plays a huge range excellent, quarter wave measurement to the meter location on the dash was 48hz on the dot so all numbers lined up well.
