the title doesnt ask for 5.25"

first off no one asked you, and for two if the application requires a 6.5 then a 5.25 may also work, so it a suggestion for the started of the thread in case it would work for them

No, but neither can any of the 8's, 10's, 12's, 15's or 18's I have owned. If you find me a conventional sub that can play flat to 1hz, I will give you a dollar via paypal.

not quite, but my last system was tuned down to 30hz. i was asking if a "6.5 inch subwoofer" can reproduce such low notes that a normal sized subwoofer produces.

Subwoofers can't produce those notes.

then your stuff is garbage. the lowest a midbass driver can produce that ive seen is about 40hz. i wouldnt cal that a subwoofer. please someone prove me wrong because i wouldnt mind getting a pair of 6 1/2 subs.

The tang band can play down to 10hz no problem, but it will be inaudible because it's not producing enough pressure to do so. That's the case with most subs... below 20hz, they sound basically like a hollow fapping sound. Most high end subs pretty much call ti quits at 20hz or so.

Yes they can. But only the new Deathkillerlowbass subs from Tryo... it's treo's sister company... the very small and discrete company that not many people know about. Tryo = "Where we love to play notes you can't hear!"

I was referring to notes below 10hz. As stated, they are inaudible so there isn't a point in having subs that play below 20hz. You're so silly.

I wouldnt take them... you could just get sony xplodes and save like $1k... sure, youd give up the 20-60 and 65-80hz range... but i mean come on!!! Theyre LOUD!!
