$500budget for 2500 watts..please help

hey i have a 15" awt15x(2ohmDVC) which is rated at 3000w rms. I need an amp for it and i ordered a concept cc-d2400a which puts out 2400w @1ohm. It never came through so i am wondering should i try ordering another one or try a different amp? The concept is only $300 which kind of worries me but i heard good reviews on it on this forum. I plan on upgrading to 2 re XXX 15's or to re HC 15's.

So basically to sum it up, what around 2500 w rms amp should i get for around or under $500.

i dont remember who it is, but they have a P.A. 2500 D for cheap in the classifieds.
