500 watts @ 1 ohm?

My buddy has three 12" Pioneer TS-W300Rs and he's looking for an amp.

They're 4 ohm and 150 watts RMS.

I was thinking of wiring to 1.34 ohms... so I'd want a 1 ohm stable amp that does 500 watts at 1 ohm maybe?

What's a cheap solution? He's looking to spend under $200 on it..

i dunno about the newer pioneers but i had 3 ts-w306dvc's and i was givin them like 100 rms when they are rated at 400 and they pounded

BX605 i think i used to have 600 RMS @ 1 ohm, probably gave out about 500-550 @ 1 ohm, look for one of those it was a pretty kick *** amp

Try the pioneer gmd-510m... nice amps rated at 500wrms@2ohm (12volts)

620wrms@2ohm (14.4volts)

NIce little amps, perfectly 1.33ohms stable.
