$500 MISTAKE?!?! Great Amps, Blown Subs!?

It sounds like when my subs are playin, they have beans in them or something. Given, they are just sitting in the back in a box, but even at low levels, its iffy. How can I get this?

Sounds like you unwound some coils or your crossover is set a little high

you should remove your back seats and just sit a prefab box on top of the floor. Then give the subs rms++ with the gains cranked and make a thread on ca.com...

Put the subs on the floor, yes, still working on a platform. But the gains are lower. I got it installed by a guy who has 5 dB drag championships, he said they should be fine as long as I keep them low. I guess he and I didnt have the same low in mind. Whine all you want, I just need to know how to test blown woofers.

Btw You Should Build A Better Box For Those And Instead Of Facing Them Towards The Cieling Make A Platform And Face Them Forwards

Here is your setup right? You may actually have debris inside your box.

Or an unwound coil. Do you know the tuning of that box and what your sff

is set to? That's a lot of power if your feeding a signal under box tune.

I think your issue may have come from having 6K on a pair of subs that take 750 rms each. here's some specs on your subs
