500 Dollar system

build it... even if you cant, in the end it will be cheaper, and you will have the satifaction of knowing you made it.
Or TCAB i heard they do wonderful things with Type R's ive seen some crazy videos. but there kind of expensive.
Be kind enough to lead me the way to a link... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif AT MOST 200 for a box... I can get one done custom here ata pretty good shop called Mild to Wild Customs...

I work with no gloves on either... haha About 11 hrs of handling things without gloves isnt healthy.I still havent goten the stuff I ned to make the cut look cleaner... Its like a palstic border type thing.. BUT thats a little detail.
best advice, go to the nearest gas station or utility store, and buy some catipillar gloves with the "latex" coating on the grip side, best gloves i've ever bought, and i've been using mine in an industrial environment for over 3 months and them suckers still together in one piece.

i work out at alot of steel mills and oil refinaries, so i know they'll last longer for you, although there are some area's they're restriced from in plant, because they have a "rubber" coating on them so to speak, but i've touched some pretty hot things and they haven't melted yet suprisingly.

EDIT: AND I will be getting a box soon.. hopefully custom built by someone on this thread or here local. What specs are the best for my 12" Type R's? BTW, I dont want my woofers to be damaged anytime soon, so with that said... PORTED or SEALED?
