Its been doing me well, and I know I need to go bigger in order to get louder, and I'm not looking to push the whole 3.5k right now. Once I get my final vehicle, I'll probably get another custom box done up, but for now, I'm going to have to run in what I've got. I'll probably add bracing just for the sake of peace of mind. This box was made for my vehicle in order to retain some trunk space, but even so, there wasn't a hell of a lot of space to begin with. Anywho, that's getting off topic. I need gear that I can grow into, that's how I tend to play things.

Hands down, custom tc4hp based sub built.by zues. I've used many big subs and nothing compared in shear Loudness with minimal distortion. I've been using a 4hp based 15 for years now and couldn't be happier. That 3500 is perfect for one.

I got a crossfire xsv2 not blown for 300. And that leaves u some extra cash.

Death Penalty is a monster, so is tantric HDD, if you wanna sacrifice a lil of that SQ, a hdc4 will eat that 3500 and pound doing it!!! also good woofer sp4 FI

If you want straight SPL, anything will work. If you want the same SPL and it to sound crisp and amazing.....tc4hp based subs...5200, ti pro etc. Thought the to pros had smaller tensile leads. Make sure you get something built with beefier leads.

These subs also perform verrrry well in smaller ported boxes.
