.5 or 2 ohm load?

My 2 questions are at the bottom. I wanna hook up 2 Hifonics Zeus ( ZX12D2 ). they are 500rms each and my amps specs are...

-They are DVC so should i wire them at a .5 ohm load or at a 2 ohm load?

but i'm guessing those subs will push good on that amp @2ohm load and not beat themselves up. right?

wow 2 ohms for sure. better not chance throwing more than rated on some hifonics....

i thought they were they FHi's but they arent. they are the zeus series. 12" 500rms (4ohms). should i run them on a 4 ohm or 1 ohm load?

wow i just read something i shoulda a while ago. i need to wire it at a 1ohm load cuz the 1150rms would split into both subs a 4ohm load would be pretty weak for those subs

I have a pdx amp that would do 1000 wats at 2-4 ohms.
