I know i posted this question awhile ago, but I need a final answer because Im about to order my subs. Should I run my Hercules @ .5 ohm or 1 ohm daily? Still a little confused I did a search and saw that people ran them this low daily with no problems. After box rise it shouldnt see an actual .5 ohm right? All help greatly appreciated guys.

its not worth the risk

x2, why put unnessary stress on your amp? Herc is 2000w at 1ohm right? I cant see it having a huge power jump at 0.5 ohm.

what kind of electrical do you have to back it up? you will need something pretty stong to keep that amp going with .5 ohm. with that being said, i vote 1 ohm.
Correct, thats another thing. With a Herc at 0.5ohm daily, I would suggest upgrading that 4 gauge.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

run it at 1 ohm for a good 15 minutes of ground pounding.... go give that amp a good feel.... if its pretty **** hot... got to 2 ohms.... if its still cold.... try again at .5 ohms... if you have the funds to easily replace teh amps... FUX it, run that bish at .25 ohms.

upgrade the big 3 to 0 gauge run it at 1 ohm and stop tellin people ucl lifts are the best
Ok. And the best kit is the lift kit that comes with the shocks and lift cups. The kits go from good (just the cups, 1'' to 3''), better (the kit that I have, 3'' to 5'') and best ( cups, shocks, a arms and extended trailing arms, 7'' to 10'')
