You're comparing a $150 amp to an amp that's almost $1000.i run an apsm 1500 @.5 daily.
its different if your careful. takes a lot of testing and stuff to make sure your not ruining anything.Wow a lot of you must really like the smell of an electrical fire, I use too run everything as low as I could when I was younger but after ruining a few amps I would now rather find something that did what I needed at it's highest impedance rating or at least it's stated lowest impedance.
well when I was younger I got away with it a few times but the latest time I was monitoring everything and only at 1ohm on a 2ohm stable amp it never even got warm never dropped below 12v but it still gave up after a while and I wasn't even pulling it's rms at 2ohm (2000rms) I had it set for 1600 didn't matter.its different if your careful. takes a lot of testing and stuff to make sure your not ruining anything.
you do a lot of testing with subs and boxes doesn't rise work in both ways, basically impedance may go up or rise but it can also go down below what it's wired at as well right? When talking about about impedance why does everyone only talk about rise? There is a very good reason amps are rated for what they are. If you run daily there is no reason to wire that low.
sig worthy.you do a lot of testing with subs and boxes doesn't rise work in both ways, basically impedance may go up or rise but it can also go down below what it's wired at as well right?
No, i was referring to Imtjnotu. You're comparing a $150 amp to an amp that's almost $1000.
