So I've had an hdc3 D2 copper Layin around for awhile. And I've decided I'm gonna build with it, finally. I'm gonna Run two of them, i have my MTX te4001D that's a lil over 4k @ 1 ohm. I really don't feel like reconing into D1 coils. So my Q's are, how do you guys think this amp will fair at .5 daily. My electrical will be, 270A alt, big 3 in 1/0, and 1 maybe 2 stinger spv70 batts. I really don't feel like replacing a $900 amp..

Even though rise will kick imp up a bit, I still wouldn't do it.

nope dont do it i blew my old mtx 4k like that same amp just matte black instead of shiny black. and i had a few more bigger batts

I've ran my D9's at 0.4 with no issues and will be running my AB 1100.1s at .35 daily...
