5-channel amp

I am looking to buy a 5-channel amp, but i am not sure which to look at. I have dont have a very large budget, so try and recommend some good SQ amps that provide decent power (70x4 at 4ohm or higher).

My budget is about $300. The amp I am leaning towards as of now is the Kicker ZX700.5. It is closest to my prefered specs at a good price.

Try and find a used US Amps AX5600. They're nice amps (see my sig). Rated at 75x4 at 4ohms and 500x1 @ 1ohm for the sub.

I would love to get a memphis belle, but that is way out of my price range.

I am definetly going to consider the US Amps AX5600. I have only heard good things about their quality and the amps rated power is just what I am looking for.

The Kicker would be a safe bet, imo. That, or maybe try and find a used Alpine PDX-5 or save up some more coin for a new one.

Yeah, the Alpine PDX-5 was another one that I was looking at, i might be able to spend a little extra, i do have two amps in my trunk to sell so that will bring in some extra cash.

The Kicker and Alpine PDX-5 are also good as stated above. The Alpine puts out less on the sub channel though, and only stable to 2ohms I believe.

Yeah, thats fine. I am not really looking to run the amps at 1-ohm anyhow.

Does anyone have any info about the Memphis Belle? Small and Large. The large one for the most part is out of my budget but i saw a few older style ones that I could possibly afford.

How is their rated power compared to actual? What voltage are the power ratings for?

I have a small belle(its listed in the FS section).

I loved it. I ran it in my car for a while then in my womans. I would say it does over its rated power for sure. Every now and then you will find one cheap, but they don't tend to sell in your price range often.

Yeah, i saw your amp. It is pretty nice. Like I said, i am looking for at least 70x4 wrms. Wasn't sure if the small belle hit that or not.

I replaced the memphis in my wife's car with a CD10.1(sub) and it was **** near exactly the same. The highed was replace by the cd40.4 and there was minimal difference. I was actually a little pissed when I heard the new setup..lol
