more to about 2000, i think. There'sjust something about it that makes me think that it's really special (apart from the 24kt. gold platied chassis)

I've heard nothing but good about memphis - amps in particular.

Personally I think with thier new amps JL has only managed to find a way to sell a nice low-mid power amp for high power amp prices. I'd go for the Memphis w/o hesitation.

I do find JL a great brand. Their only problem is the price. They tend to be a little high in price. But some people say u get what u pay for. I believe that, but thats not all the time. I would probly go with the memphis now.
