5/8 or 3/4 box

with a bigger box, the 5/8 wood can flex a little more, affecting the overall output of the sub. most ppl on here use 3/4 inch

 
3/4 inch you shouldn't have any flexing problems.
depending on the application. A 15 or 18" MT would flex like hell with 3KW in a 5 cube box @ 3/4" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

 
no s**t shirlock i know it is 1/8th of an inch i just didn't know if the sound would be different or if it would be prone to break easier
