5.25 rings and small box

need 2 1 inch 5.25 rings cutout to

Overall Outside Diameter 6.125"
Baffle Cutout Diameter 4.875"

then i need a small box for 1 sub with a

4.875" cutout
sub depth is 3.75"
Vented 0.3 cubic ft tuned to 60 Hz with a 2" Precision Port that is 9" long, which yields an f3 of 60 Hz

I can do the rings as I am doing a set for another member, for 1" is 2 1/2" rings bonded good? The box I can build too but will have to see how hard shipping it will be. What thickness of wood for the box? Can I flare a PVC port instead of buying an aero port.

3/4 would be nice but 1/2 would work in sucha low power situation only 50 rms on a 5 inch sub
