5.1 surrond into hu

Im puttin a carputer into guess where... my car! and it has 5.1 surrond output, and i have a blaupunkt san jose mp41 hu, conveintly the aux controler they have isnt a standard rca, so i snipped it off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smash.gif.499e08a4a35ffaf54f4c8194fb8fe8ed.gif , and theres like 8 different wires, im pretty sure one is basicly to turn an antanae on, and quite a few of them are for audio, i was playing with it one day (that day happens to be over a year ago.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) but if i rember correctly it seems that the audio was 5.1 format, what do you think that the blaupunkt has a seperate input for the sub (lows) like the ouput on a comp? or should i just go standard 4 speaker set up?

Of course i could just directly run the output from the computer to the subs, but it wouldnt gain the voltage ouput from the hu, or would the standard output from a comp be enuf?

not sure if you hu is 5.1 compatible but it if were, it would need left, right, center, left rear, right rear, and sub inputs unless it had an optical input. if you don't have these inpus, most likely your hu is not 5.1. if so, i would run a standard 4 speaker setup.
