If you have a wall (B pillar wall) and are only doing low 150's and it was built for numbers then I do not think that is loud regardless of metering method. That is my opinion obviously, but then again I don't think mid to low 150's is even loud anyway.154 in USACi is not loud. In any other org it's not super impressive but still pretty good. USACi is the easiest org to get loud in. I just wanted to state that for anyone reading this and hanging their head because "154 for a wall isn't loud". That's really only true in USACi.
Yeah that's pretty bad. It goes to show that cone area + amp power does not = spl.i dont compete in USACI. and regardless to what anyone thinks a "154" is nice score with a wall or not. i know a guy with like 4 amps & 12 12's, i thinks its a clam shell wall or sumthn and barley do a "150"
yea i have a single 18 & PA bb2400.1 and do a 147 on music.... id feel kinda kinda bad if i had his setup and barly touch a 150. he has TO much money in his. i have about 800 in mine right not now with current boxYeah that's pretty bad. It goes to show that cone area + amp power does not = spl.
That's pretty good man. Keep working at it. You'll get even louder.yea i have a single 18 & PA bb2400.1 and do a 147 on music.... id feel kinda kinda bad if i had his setup and barly touch a 150. he has TO much money in his. i have about 800 in mine right not now with current box
im curious. idk if you have any experience with 4th orders. but i was told that they draw more power from your amp. that might be leaning more toward the rise factor with the amp but was just curious. i didnt know if i would need to reset my ampThat's pretty good man. question..... im just going to put in the 4th order and for now(not working on wall yet)... do i need to turn my gain down any because of the enclosure? i was told some things about 4th orders so im just curious if i need to decrease the gain...Not going to happen behind the rear seat.
If you rip out all side plastics and build inside the truck, you may....MAY have enough..but you won't have room for batteries/amps at that point.
