4th order help please.

i just got off the phone with jl, and they told me to build the box with a 1.75 sealed, 2 cubs ported, with a port 40 sq in at 9.75 inches deep.

i was looking for someone to design the box for me. My max dimensions are 16"tall by 38" wide by what ever deep. i kinda wanted the box so the port is half in the box half out if that makes any sence.. I will pay for a good design
