only deal goin 1 8 inch is that he split that ported section in 3rd's to get those lengths......atleast thats how a normal ported box is.

I bought a 4th order from 80 too. Quick reply even though I wanted to change things up a bit. So what is the rule on the ports? 80, said when changing the ports was that they were the same length when I wanted to go from 6" to two 4". Also, are you going areoport or straight pvc. I need to PM 80 to find out lengths for the different applications I guess.

yep they all change when you start changin stuff.

But Im goin pvc......dont need flares as I have enough area already.

Depending on how 80 replies to PM, I may just go ABS plastic.

How would you put in the pvc? I knwo how the aeroport one works but how do you make sure the port doesn't lean?

I assume you router out a hole about 1/16" bigger than the OD of the ABS/PVC and then glue/seal. Do you use a support beam of any kind to keep it level?
