4ohm dvc question wiring

can i wire 2 dvc's 4 ohm under 1ohm. i know i can wire them to 1ohm which i have already but is this the lowest ?

Let me rephrase this abit. What I mean is, can I run 2 dvc 4ohm subs on an amp that can run under 1ohm. my subs are wired to 1ohm already but if i had an amp that plays below this, would it be okay for the subs

Yeah, if you amp can play below 1 ohm, than it should be able to handle subs wired to 1 ohm no problem. If your subs are wired to 1 ohm, the amp will run at 1 ohm.

Making sure I have it all straight... 2 subs, each one has DVC's and each coil is 4 ohms. The lowest you could do, would be 1 ohm, all 4 coils in parallel. If you got a 3rd sub and put it all in parallel, you would be down to 2/3 ohm, and a 4th sub in parallel would be .5 ohm
