ya i was lucky to score this in a trade, unfortunitly the kid i got it from managed to fuk up the cone....but i did the best i could to fix it.....it's nto doing so hot, tensils are resoldered and the spider is ripped....i had a few bad days....looking to get it reconed with lms 5400 parts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif evvventually.....

as for the score, i have yet to be metered but i'd say very high upper 140's, and id be very hapy if i break 150....but i dunno //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif........i am however as up tonight taking a differant direction with amps. gonna run a 20.1, and when iget it reconed it may have to be a dual 1ohm or a dual .7ohm VC config.....but now the MTX's are for sale.....

I still don't know how between the two of you messed the sub up so much. Sub was like new condition when I sold it. I didn't use either of them much. Sad to see. There is only 2 like them in the world and now it looks to be only one soon. I knew I shouldn't have sold them. The sub is made for spl and as you can see with the 156 it can get loud.

well the dustcap was f'd when i got it

my deck only went down to 20Hz, but i had a loaner deck for a week, and that deck went down to like 5 or 10Hz...and certain places in songs it'd bottom out where it never bottem out before, NEVER bottomed out on the original pioneer screen. the newer one is a newer preimer deck (forgot the model) and without a SSF i got owned in songs i never had problems with before......ripped a tensil on each side apart, ripped the spider with it...****ign horrible....i died a little on the inside.

fortunitly i could repair it.....but it's time is coming..... but im starting to think if i should just get another cone and VC like this and keep it's originality. there's going to be plenty of lms-5400's out there, only 2 of these.....either way... in time i wouldnt mind throwing 2 IA20.1's on this 4hp....sometime down the line...i need to upgrade my electrical more....

well then ur VW was ready to fall apart i guess......this sub is getting like half it's rms so im sorry my shit isnt flexing like a 1970's arnold shwarziegger (sp?)......but for an under powered sub ina low tuned box, i think it flexes nicely.....cant wait to get it metered......

a brahma is also a low end sub. high freq it doesn't do shit. The 18 is built for spl so it like the high stuff
