Unless we know the washer fluid level. For 2nd gens, 4 doors are generally louder.
For 1st gens, thats hard to say.
Only if outside factors alter it. Basic physics tells us less airspace to pressure will mean more spl given a certain amount of air displacement. Its the entire theory around building a 'wall'.more cabin space can sometimes be BETTER. I hate it when i see people saying that because there is "less air to pressurize" that it should be louder. not always the case.

The 4 door having more space after being walled off is completely irrelevant.Unless we know the washer fluid level.
I think the obvious answer has already been stated. A 4-door has the ability to be walled off, effectively giving the same cabin space, but more cargo room for equipment. Where as for non-walled applications the 2-door tends to have less air space to compress, thus making it generally easier to accomplish. To try and give any more specific an answer than that would hit the brick wall that is 'install dependancy' also mentioned earlier in this thread. I dont see any point in continuing this conversation any further, as it will only lead to wild speculation veiled as fact.
thanks for the answers....this is an 89 model blazer where talking about ill probably just scoop the 4dr up i guess. The 4 door having more space after being walled off is completely irrelevant.
4 doors are louder in street style applications as well.
Don't believe me? Look at all the loud street explorers/blazers in all the competition organizations. All of them are 4 doors. Think this is purely coincidence?
