4AWG power cable.... FUSE?????

Hi guys,

Currently im running 2 units amps..... im using 4AWG power cable with 1 unit 100A fuse and 1 unit 60A fuse...... what's the minimum and maximum fuse i need to use?? or any recommended fuse that suitable with my setup??

4AWG can handle up to 135A.

i read somewhere if the fuse at the batt is bigger than the rate it should be, it will loss in power...

so, just now i re do the wiring again.... for my amp mid(soundstream) i used 4AWG with 100A fuse... and for the woofer amp which is bazoka(NO brand) i used 40A fuse with 8AWG..... both of it independent....

i dont have budget to buy distributor block as im out of budget now days.....

so is it ok with my wiring???

a 4 ga with a 100A fuse/amp and an 8 ga with 40A fuse/amp should work fine.

between, inside the amp got switch written there High current and High power.....

which one should i choose for sound quality????
