i noticed alot of people with spl boxes used 45 degree angles to increase spl via improving airflow in box if i'm not mistaken. would this do the same effect in a "street" box like the one in my sig. can anyone describe to me how to do this with fiberglass and bondo since i'm working on my box to make absolutely sure its air tight(spraying rubberized undercoating in it along with the silicone and fiber/bondo mix i already done) while i have no headunit so now would be a good time for me to do this if its worth it.

Look at my SD site...Just mix up the resin and tilt the box at 45 degree angle, pour it in the corner and let it cure, then repeat a billion times till they are rounded.

Im going to try out something easier tomorrow.

We gained a bit over a full db on the TL.......

You mean like this....:

I used 3/4" x 3/4" strips of MDF and cut them diagonally. I used small trim nails to hold them in place and then resined over them. I also used mat and resin for the corners.
