i don't see 20k in parts but hey who knows. If he wanted to get crazy he could make so much more power with these cars. I would say he is putting down 200-275hp maybe

Those cars can throw down some serious HP with a few mods. I had a stock 96 Eclipse Turbo and even stock it was pretty quick. It would tear Mustang GT's and Z28 Camaros up off the line. They would come by me at about 70-80MPH though. Had 170 on the dash and the limiter kicked in at 140. I miss that thing.

There's either less than that spent on it, or it's way over 400hp.

its a gs, so its fwd not awd, prob stock turbo, no fmic, ignition upgrades, probably 2k in parts, still clean for the price.
