$400 for an SQL Sub, that is Out NOW!! Help?

Friend wants a LOUD, Clear SQL Sub that is out now (not out in 3 weeks, out now) (Probably 15") for Under or around $400, and was wondering what your recommendations are? It will probably be powered with a Brutus bxi-2006D.

Also, he is looking at the Audioque HD3 15".

They can be in any enclosure, and have great output.

my rl-p gets stupid loud and hits stupid hard and its a 12! a 15" with 1200 wrms and a good box (ported or sealed) would be insane.
