$400$ for a box?????

A local place wants a starting price of 400$ for a box= to 3.2 cubes i wanted one box for 2-10"- thats 1.6cubes and then 2 boxes for the other two 10" both .8 cubes. i think $400 is to much. any ideas on what i should do?
