$400-500 for 2 15's?

What kind of 15s would you guys recommend for someone looking to spend up to $500 for a pair? Must sound good sealed, I might add. Im playing around with 900w RMS a piece, and must be run at 4 ohms a piece (2 amps, 4 ohm stable mono)

The audioque's cant handle that kind of power...

IDQ's and IDMAX's sound like good subs, according to their website, but I cant find any price or ordering info

The plats also look nice, but again, no pricing info and the nearest dealer is an hour away and I refuse to do business with that store or any of their other locations.

are you kiddin me? I installed 2 AQ SD2.5 15 in my cousins car with an american bass xd3000 and it has no problem taking the power and sounds AWSOME, and let me guess my single aq hd3 12 cant handle 3500rms? right thats why I have it powered by my VFL400.1 rated at 4k@1ohm but they wont take the power right? Dude get serious the 2.5 will handle 1000rms of clean power problem free, been there done that tried it no problem.

Well I was basing that on the website's rating of 500w rms power. After all, Im not gonna go and buy just any woofers, waste over $500, and have em blow in a month or so.

Well if you do some searching around and find that the Aq woofers can handle plenty of power although rated rather low, and they are rather cheap as well there are many factors in building a system as well.

what about these the site says 500-1000 and ss has a pretty good reputaion i still vote aq though just throwin some options out there.
