all in all it sounds amazing. Gets loud, and very low. I need more raw wattage though. This AP30001D aint cuttin it.

I get drops down to 10v. MAJOR current draw. Could a bad ground potentially be killing me also?

before i upgraded my battery and amp grounds, i had a large drop on 1500 watts. (MTX 81001). Now i run the Sundown 3k with overkill on all my wires, and drop to mid 13s

^^^^10V is pretty bad, you really need to work on that electrical. Big 3 in o gauge, solid grounds, extra batt in the back...HO alt if you don't have one already.

that happened in my buddys yukon bad ground or not enough of one so we now have 4 0g grounds straight to the frame and all is well

considering the yukon is the same as a tahoe... where did you ground the amp? I NEED a solid ground back there. I cant find one at all. Learned the hard way and drilled into the ****ing gas tank!!

i'd check the imp. load for each sub, odds are there is a shorted out wire or a loose connection somewhere... but check each subs imp. when they are disconnected from one another.. cause if one is wrong they all will be...

well the amps are right by the tailgate so i drilled a hole under the carpeting close to where the jack is on the drivers side put a grommet there and drilled 4 wholes in the frame and ran one run of 0g to each bolt

theres the little plastic strip across the back just pop that up and go at it
