Depends on the ohm load of your speakers and what your amp is rated for.

If your amp runs mono stereo it can be done ...but you'll need a special passive crossover to split your rear signals so highs go to door speakers and lows goto subs ...I can build these ...but if it was me I'd run the sub off the front so the rear speakers could be faded as rear fill
