Looks good. You should flare the inside of the port too, or at least round over that inside edge.

Looks very nice.
My understanding is the port extends 1/2 way into the flare/kerfed part, just like an aero port.

Truthfully I don't think anybody understands how to tune it. I don't and I'll admit that. There are many things that need to be factored into the equation and I don't think anybody is doing the math. It's not really an aeroport. It's HALF of an aeroport at best. Three of the four sides are still straight. Everyone's doing it because it looks cool.

Nice work though. The woodworking looks solid.

Finally some routed hole cutouts. I love flush inset mounting. Clean work..is niiiiceeee.

well got some results.. did 142 on TL at 39hz with 800watts and it hits the lows like no ones buisness people cant believe there 8's.. as for the face all i did was take a piece of 3/4 cut the holes out then glued a piece of 1/2 on that and routered the holes out with a guid bit and then took a 5/8's rabbit bit and set the depth to 1/2" and poof flush mount

box dimmentions are 18wide 15tall and 30deep
