im meant are these 8"ers custom built or can you buy them? ive only ever seen 6" aeros/flared whatever you want to call them

You can buy the whole port kit, or just buy the flares and mounting pieces and get some thin pvc at Lowes or some hardware store...if you wanna do the cheaper route.
