its a little over your budget but a Zed Leviathan III would cover all of your needs and then a lil more. I think they are 700 or 800. 6 channels so obviously run the 4 channels and then bridge the last one for a 2 ohm sub.

I think Leviathan msrp is like $800 but you might find one for $700. I have never had the pleasure of owning one.....yet........ but everything i have read is very positive and it keeps everything in one package
