I was looking for a 4 channel amp just last week and I had Phoenix Gold, Hifonics & Profile on my list to pick from. I ended up not buying any of those but I did buy a new USAmps I/S-4085 85x4 rms for around $160 new which included shipping. From everything I was reading on here USAmps can't be beat and for the price I felt I got a good deal.

I just got the ups tracking number for mine so it should be here by the end of the week I'm hoping. I think the I/S series was last years model or something, but for the price I don't think you'll go wrong.
