4 Channel Amp Question for Speakers

Alright, so I got a 4-Channel Amp for free in exchange for some work a few weeks ago and I want to hook it up to my system.

It came off a boat that was powering tower speakers, and they screamed. It's an Infinity Reference 520(ish) watt amp.

Right now, I'm running 2 Kicker DS600's up front (factory tweeters) with the amp built in my Pioneer HU, but I want to swap those for the Kicker KS600's (RMS 65/Peak 130 each) AND replace the stock tweeters in my doors with Kicker KS25's (RMS 150 / Peak 300 each).

Now on to the rear... Swapping those with Kicker KS525's, but I don't really care if they're on the amp or not.

Is this amp pushing too much power for this? I haven't been able to really find a definite answer... I'll report back with the actual model number of the amp when I get home tonight.

Thanks,

Rob

No amp is "pushing too much power" if it has a gain control. It's only pushing as much power as the input signal + the gain applied by the amp, and the output load (impedance) allow it to.

You could have a trillion watt amp and as long as you set the gain correctly, you would be fine.
