4 channel amp in the $200-300 range?

I ordered a PowerBass Xtreme XAX-4160FD a few days ago from Sonic, and I just got an email tonight that they are temporarilly out of stock on it. They have offered to upgrade me to a different amp, and I'd like input on what to try for (I'll be calling them tomorrow morning to work something out).

The two most important features I want - at least 100 watts @4, and a small footprint. The other thing is price. The PB retailes for $199 (my accepted offer was $180), so I'd like somthing close to that price. As long as the retail is not too much higher, I'm sure I can talk them down to a decent price on something else.

I have considered the Massive D 800.4 (120 watts and pretty small).

What else is good?
