4 channel amp blowing fuses??

I hooked up my sub amp and new sub today, and when I went to connect the power and ground wires for my 4 channel amp (I was using it on the way home from work ~2 hours before this) it sparked like crazy and blew the fuses. The amp is connected to an HC600 in the trunk (same as my Orion 1200d). My sub amp is working just fine, but for whatever reason my 4 channel is blowing the fuses as soon as it's connected to power... Anyone have any ideas? I'm completely lost since it was hooked up less than 2 hours before it started doing this...

You have a short somewhere, most likely inside the amp. Is the amp new? Are you sure you did not hook them up backwards? (NEG to POS and POS to NEG)

Do you have both amps connected to the same ground?
