4 8's or 1 15

I am undecided between

15 inch ssa icon

15 inch fi ssd

15 inch dc lvl 4

4 of the new 8s that will be released by sundown

for an amp it will be a sundown 1000d for the 8s and for the 15 it will be a kicker zx1000.1

what should i do>? lol...

the reason i am wanting the 8s or a 15 is because i dont wanna be normal and have 2 12s etc...i use to have 2 type rs and could always go back just wanted to see what could be loudest on my budget..

8's would be cool, and I've always wanted to try them out...

yet a high powered 15 is hard to resist

I'd go with 8's if you want to be unique and sound good (the sundowns should go too 3-400hz supposedly), and the 15 if you wanna be loud

i wanna be loud....figured with the cone area with the 8s that could happen..but i have not heard 8s so i am kinda seeking help lol...i wanna get loud but sounds like the 8s cant do that?

cone area doesn't mean anything. I had three 10's (which is more than one 15, and two 12's), and I still preferred both 12's and a 15 over them. Its all a matter of opinion. I'd think that the 15 would be louder down low, and the 8's would be punchy and blend well with your mids

someone on here was hitting 150 on TL with 4 dd 8's. so that being said 8's have the potential to be real loud.
