the gain is not a volume knob!

yeah i know, the gain may be good, my sub sonic is at 40 hz tho, so maybe i could lower it a bit, havnt tried a test tone but the song i played was at 47hz or so. but the higher bass notes still seem louder by a bunch, especially when it chokes you. so i'm hoping the test tones will be louder, especially after i seal of the box.

I have no doubt in my mind a test tone will be louder. the TL needs a 3 sec tone for it to read fully and when you hit the res freq of your van it will be even louder. when i had my wall in the back it would peak at 47hrtz then when i moved it forward i started out at 45 hrtz and made my way up too mid 50hrtz all i can say is wow the score just kept going up and up and up LOL

you'll be surprized when you change freq
