ok this is in a trunk.
11.jpg

it comes to 13-14cuft from max dimensions. the side that is wider is NOT the port side. and that doesent have to be wider, just there for added volume. came to over 14 cuft with it, right at 13 without from max dimensions

would that work?

dimmensions:

16h

32w (the skinnier part) and 44w at the wider part

total 44long

all in inches

As cool as it to stick 4 fifteens in your trunk, its not gonna work very well. At 16" high with 4 fifteen facing up it will choke the output badly...not saying it won't be loud, but honestly it's a waste. Port forward also seems like its a good idea but almost never works well in practice(unless you are sealing the trunk off completely). I don't mean to discourage you but I talk to a lot of people that think the more they cram in the louder they'll get but it simply doesn't work. In most cases you're better off using less equipment and making it work with the vehicle instead of against it.

I can understand wanting to use all 4 cause you have them, but why not just use 2 with a good box and sell the other two? Do them facing forward on passenger side and big slot port on driver side, seal off the trunk and it'll be louder then 4 and sound better too.

Well will my two re se 15s be louder than the two hdc310s i have in there now? On an aq2200

why would it not work tho? Not enough height?

acura tl. yes i know its not the best car for it. my expy (old car) had the fifteens and my tens arent cutting it. I think i can get 14 cubes from max dimensions, maybe more. thats just an estimate. would the clamshell not work because its not tall enough?

You could probably do 4 nightshade 15's in 14 cubes. Nightshades do well in small enclosures. or you could do two nighshade 18's they only need about 4 cubes per sub. I see that you have re 15's My suggestion mirrors those b4 me just go with 2 15's

Ok I'm thinking maybe a wall. Jut thinking ideas. How many cubes does 4 15s need based on max dimensions? Like I guessing when it says 4 each sub, that's not the max dimensions. If that makes sense
