we have been talking about this with 9500's for months now. we ar finally getting serious about it. i will be designing/building and he will be buying. Im staying with him this summer and this is what he gets for rent. I may go half on a TL with him, will have to see about that. But he is housing me for the summer free of "rent money" so i am merely donating to a good cause.

Least i can do to live so close to my friends for 2 months between semesters.
