4 10's sealed box or 2 12's ported?

ok thx guys only problem is now i gotta start from scratch....fried my 5 channel on mon morning along wit 2 12's, perfect timing tho for an upgrade thinking about 3 12's in 3 cu ft ported, any suggestions?

Good luck finding a 12" sub that requires only 1 cube ported before displacements..

1.5 cubes per sub is more realistic. So run 2 - 12's in your 3 cubes (after displacement of sub and port) and let er wang.

just bought an audioque 2200 which subs would be a good match for it? Could i run the street duties or would it be better to run the hdc's

3 sdc 12's ported would jam on that power. you would be a little under 1 ohm though. bout .75 if you wired them all in parallell . that would be a loud good sounding set up.

If you can fit 3 sdcs, and have the electrical to back up that load, go for it...If you only run 2, be careful with your settings

all depends on how you make the box. 4 10's would have greater output but i would think two 12's would be louder. i would go with 12's
